Shipping Information
We offer FREE shipping on "select frames" and complete bikes to Canada and the US. We offer reduced cost shipping to the rest of the world,
Shipping of frames and similar items will be fulfilled via FedEx or UPS, you will get a tracking number, so you can track your order.
On Complete Frame + Kit purchases, Bike will be assembled by a Cove technician then packaged with the front wheel and bar removed to fit in box. When received the handle bar will have to be mounted to stem and front wheel to fork. If this is beyond your technical expertise we strongly recommend you have your Local Bike Shop do the final assembly.
Please note that if you are a customer form outside of Canada, your order may be subject to brokerage fees and (import) taxes, depending on the duty and tax regulations where you live.
Apparel is now available in Canada and most other countries.
